I made a quilt for Kasey to take on her mission. It started out as a jean quilt that didn't matter what happened to it while she was gone. At first, I didn't care if it came from Hong Kong, then I added hearts to the four corners and her mission scripture on hearts are on the center of the quilt. I'll be very interested to see how well the quilt holds up while she is gone.Family picture on Kasey's last Sunday at home.

September 17, 2011 - When Kent was in Utah, he got Savanna earrings for her newly pierced ears. This football season, she can wear her University of Utah earrings with pride!

August 5, 2011 - Summer Marching Band Camp - Kelli is in red and Nathanael is in yellow as the band marches through our neighborhood.August 6, 2011 - Prior to Kasey's mission, my mom came to visit and we took Kasey to the Nauvoo temple. It was a wonderful day!

August 9, 2011 - Kelli made Kasey birthday cake. Kasey loves 'Mater from The Cars movie. I guess you are never too old for birthday fun.August 9, 2011 - The joys of having a big brother!

Kelli and Nathanael are on the school academic team. They are pictured here in their new team shirts.
Kelli seems to always be cold. It could have something to do with living in North Central Illinois! Doing homework is usually accompanied by her new trapper hat and electric throw blanket.

Nathanael is Sudsy! He loves being the school mascot any chance he gets. The teacher that works with the Sudsy crew (mascot club) says that Nathanael is the best Sudsy she has right now. It has been a fun opportunity, even for a freshman.

Kelli is a great big sister! Savanna isn't getting any smaller and yet, Kelli will still give a horse ride now and then. I do wonder about Savanna's fashion sense, but it is pajamas, so it doesn't really matter.
